Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Kravix Solutions, Wilerstrasse 19, 8514 Amlikon, Switzerland, represented by Maksym Kravchenko.

For any question about data protection, write to [email protected].

In short

  • There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms on this website.
  • There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no social media plugin.
  • Nothing is loaded from other companies: fonts, images and scripts all come from this website's own server.
  • Your language, hero and level are remembered in your own browser.

Server logs

When you open a page, the server that delivers this website automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested, the page you came from, and the type of your browser and operating system.

We need this data to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors. It is not combined with other data and not used to find out who you are. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookie and browser storage

This website sets one cookie, locale. It remembers the language you use, so the website opens in that language next time. It contains only the language code and expires after one year.

When you pick a hero and a level in “Meet your hero”, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (levilium.hero and levilium.heroLevel), so the page shows it again on your next visit. This information never leaves your device.

Both only serve features you use yourself, so we do not ask for consent. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Interactive parts and the demo

The hero picker, the level road and the demo run entirely in your browser. What you do there is not sent to us and not saved on our server.

Writing to us

If you write to [email protected], we use your email address and your message only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you or, if you ask about working with us, the steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Hosting and other recipients

This website runs on the servers of a hosting provider, which processes the server logs on our behalf and only according to our instructions. Our email provider handles emails sent to us in the same way.

We choose providers in Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA) where we can. If data is processed in another country, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long data is kept

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security, and are then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. The cookie and the browser storage stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us which personal data about you we process, and have it corrected or deleted. Within the limits of the applicable law, you can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict it, and receive your data in a common format. Just write to [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the European Economic Area, the authority in your country.
